Park Reservation Information for Happy Valley Park
Reservations shall be taken on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be confirmed by phone. A park reservation application or special events application must be completed, the available date must be confirmed by the city, and the reservation fee must be paid before the reservation can be approved.
