Responsibilities
The Code Enforcement Department is housed within the Community Services Department to help facilitate the cross-departmental coordination that is often required to solve livability problems within the City of Happy Valley.

Responsibilities include:

• Neighborhood preservation
• Code compliance
• Erosion control
• Nuisance abatement
